I changed only once the radiator on my 200 20v,
but its about 6 years ago.
So i hope its correct...
I removed the left fender for more working space (I dont know if its necessary at the MC),
there are two nuts from underneath the frame rail,
if you have A/C, the A/C radiator is sitting on laces in front of the coolant radiator,
the fanframe is mounted with nuts and bolts at the upper side of the radiator and slot in at the lower side.
I hope thats all, don´t forget the antifrezze when you refill.

On the 10VT, there´s no need to remove the inner fender liner, but - on vehicles with A/C - you may remove the power steering pump out of way.
Then take out the radiator together with the radiator fan.
Before that, you need to remove the coolant overflow tank and drain the coolant.
Unbolt the A/C condensor (two bolts on top to radiator), lift it a few inches up, so that it will come free from the radiator and then move it a bit to the vehicle front.
You´ll find one or two rubber mounts on the lower side of the radiator, mounted to the frame rail - those has to be undone and renewed (reccomended).
Once the radiator is out, remove fan housing from the radiator core and bolt it onto the new radiator. This goes as well for the larger hose to the overflow tank.
Renew all rubber mounts, hose clamps and the entire coolant.

Olli
