Hello.
So as I understand , both - autocheck and boardcomputer don't work? I guess my friend had the same problem when he bought his 200 20v. I'll try to ask him ;)

Ok , so he told me that the resistor(in the pics) was not working(burnt) and the condenser was dried out or something. Here they are in the pics(sorry for the quality , weren't taken by me)

Hello,

the shown source of defect is only one possible cause.

Currently I have a tacho in repair, which has definitively a problem on the main pcb.

If I find the error, I will inform you.

best regards

Gerhard :)

thanks a lot everybody...

but if I understand correctly there are multiple causes for this defect?

isn't better to find a good working tacho or is repairing the best option?

Yes!
* resistor / condenser on AC PCB
* broken soldering general (problems eg Speedometer, glowing controllights)
* only BC without function can be a defect of voltage regulator
* undefined error of main PCB (I´m searching for a solution)
isn't better to find a good working tacho or is repairing the best option?
All old tacho can have problems with soldering or defect condenser. So there is no guarantee that the "new" tacho works for a long time.

In my opinion it is better to repair the own tacho.

greetings

Gerhard
