Hi Leute,

im engl. Teil unseres Forums fragt Corey grad nach evtl. Interesse an US-Scheinwerfern.

Ich dachte, ich übersetze das mal und stelle das Thema auch hier anheim.

Wer mag, kann sich dort ja mal dazu äussern - gab doch hier Leute, die die 5000er Lampen mögen, und da wären ja ggfs. Tausch- oder sonstige Geschäfte möglich.

Trust me when I say this, you dont want to waste your money on the lights them selves. Your are much better off going to your local friendly auto parts suppliers aka FLOPS and getting some of those E1 spec lights instead. I will promise you this, if you use the DOT spec lights in those quad housings, you will not see much of the road at night. Last I checked you need good lights to drive on the Autoban at 150mph at night.

Putting that all to the side, wont the TUV fail you if they see the lights are DOT and not E1 spec?

ok gotcha

as for the English, no worries, I am told it is the hardest langauge to learn let alone understand.
