K-Jetronic tune-up after the chip + spring upgrade

Hi fellow Audi lovers!

Sorry to write in English, but our Audi 100 C3 community is so small all over the world, that I just have to do it.
As, all of the experienced people with knowledge of C3 are in Germany. =)

I have an MC2 89' engine which I would like to upgrade a bit in future.
I have purchased a KL-Racing chip + westgate spring for 0,9 bar.

I wonder, would I need to re-tune the fuel\air ratio base settings (by making that fuzzy valve at the distributor work ~50% of the time when idling) on my K-Jetronic + Turbo? Do I also need to increase system fuel pressure for this?

Also, in case of having 0,9 bar boost, would I need to install new wastegate diaphragm just in case or the stress on the diaphragm wouldn't increase?

Hi,

you only need the chip = Eprom. Other modification are not necessary, Wastegate and N75 is optional. Don’t change any Thing that is about fuel on a runny K-jetronic. If it runs don’t touch anything!
In Germany we are all driving with the “Bürgi-Chip” I don’t know the KL-Racing chip, maybe it is just a copy of the Bürgi.

Look in this video(German) but the images maybe help.

Thank you, Poldy!

I'm not sure if my KL is a copy of Bürgichip, but maybe. If only I knew about it before.

My fuel system works good, so I just wouldn't touch it then.
