Hey all typ44 fans!
Greetings from Lithuania and I have something very interesting to show you!
I was very lucky to be allowed to check out an armored 200 20v here in Lithuania, so here it is! Some pictures special for group44, thought you might like them
Notice the sunroof(??) This car was first registered in Lithuania back in 1990 January , has a very low mileage of just ~91000km and is stock under the hood

Ich war sehr glücklich, erlaubt, hier Besuche einen gepanzerten 200 20v in Litauen werden, so ist es hier! Einige Bilder Besonderes für group44, dachte sie Dich: D
Beachten Sie, das Schiebedach (??): D Dieses Auto wurde in Litauen im Jahr 1990 Januar registriert, hat eine sehr geringe Laufleistung von nur ~ 91000km und ist Lager unter der Haube

Any details regarding the weight increase?
Any information about reinforcement of the door hinges?

Ich wollte nur helfen....dass das mit so einem Spruch quittiert wird, ist mir auch noch nicht passiert
Ignaz schreibt nunmal generell in englischer Sprache und fügt zum besseren Verständnis manchmal deutsch etwas hinzu.
Beim nächsten mal kannst du demnach gleich in englisch antworten.

Ich erinnere mich, das war 1989, da habe ich bei AMAG Schinznach gearbeitet, ein Hotel in Davos hat so einen gekauft, für das abholen von VIPs am Flughafen Zürich Kloten. Die Scheiben sind etwa 3 cm dick, der Boden hat auch eine Panzerung, wie das Dach und auch zwischen Motor und Fahrgastzelle. Das Ding wog 3 Tonnen. Das Geräusch beim zuschlagen der Türe hat mich auf dieses Fahrzeug aufmerksam gemacht. Mehr erinnere ich mich leider nicht mehr.

What is funny is that door hinges look absolutely standart!! The doors just have some additional cylinder (??) that is supposed to help to open and close the doors, at least that is how I understand it. You can see that additional "hinge" with some rod going into the door in the pictures I put here.

The weight of this car is stated as 2200kg empty and 2650kg maximum

I just know that in the registration papers it's under "Sedan" and "Armored vehicle"
