Well , I got them sent all the way from USA Found them in http://www.audifans.com/marketplace

...and just recently I found one US 200 10v being parted out in Lithuania , so bought one US sidemarker as a spare , including the headlight itself , just to investigate how they are different from euro headlights. Unfortunately another US sidemarker was completely broken

Short hint: If you know the correct part number, you can easily order them from any Audi Dealer. At least in Germany.

Hey guys!
I really need your help , all NFL drivers.

My car has a climate control , so it also has a temperature sensor in front - that means I can check the temperature on climate control. But I wanted to install a separate temperature display in the instrument cluster - original from V8. I checked , my car already had a needed yellow connection to connect the temp. display to the electrical system. It lit up , but didn't have the temperature signal. So what I did , was I took a wire and connected it to a temperature sensor wire going to climate control connector. Everything seemed to be working fine on idle , when the car was standing - temperature was almost exactly the same in both the temp. display and climate control. But then I started driving and the temperature started dropping down - it felt like there was no speed signal coming to the display. But what is worse is that now both the temp. display and the climate control were acting the same way - the faster I drive , the lower the temperature gets. Then I disconnected the temp. display and went for another test drive - everything was fine , climate control showed the correct temperature and it was not changing at any speed - working like it should. I had an idea , that if there was no temperature signal coming to the temp. display connection , than maybe there was no speed signal too. So I connected additional speed signal wires from where I was absolutely sure , that it will be OK. It still was the same.

So my questions would be - why is this happening? Maybe the outside temperature display on the instrument cluster just doesn't go along with the climate control? Were there ANY original Audi 100/200 produced that had both of them working?

Hey , glad that you liked the videos! By the way , how did you manage to watch them , since they are blocked(the first two)??

Well , criticism is of course welcome , but in my defense I really like the music in the first video(a matter of taste I guess) , I found the camera angle with front wheel in the second video very interesting and not that common to see and the autocheck blinking in the third video , well , that's me being lazy
Second video would have been a lot better , with less front wheel action if it wasn't for the very strong wind - the audio from original videos was just wind noise , so I didn't have that much "material" to work with... But I hope that I can make better videos in the future
So far just those three , no more

a FireFox proxy plugin. E.g. Stealty.

Another one, Chromium on an english version of Kubuntu or Android.

B.t.w. the music statement was guided towards the last vid. (Folk)

Sorry to repeat but the (most beautifull) thin, aluminium Nardi with holes in the spokes wheels befit an original, first Alfa Spider. They're 60's.
But not a (relative) modern car. If you'd like to have a 3 spoke sport steering wheel, let's try the Momo Audi S1 wheel.

It's as caviar on a precious thanksgivng turkey

This is the only point of critizism, however. The Avant is gorgeous.
You wont't find a single new car on the road /in your vids, which can stand the sheer & shining beauty of this beast.
When they're still new, that is. When they get old, well...

Ohhh , you meant the steering wheel!!

We can talk hours and hours about this , but it will all end up in just the difference of opinion and taste When my interior was black , it was more "universal" ,I could use more types of black steering wheel(the Audi Sport , the original etc.) but now since the interior is travertin , it's either this Nardi for me or a travertin original leather steering wheel. Since I won't find the latter , I'm using my Nardi(which I didn't like few years ago , but then I didn't know how it looks in travertin interior , it's just something different).


...when they get old , they must be kept well and that is all they need , then they will continue to shine even more. Why more? Because when a car is new , everyone expects it to be "shiny" and good looking , but when the car is old and still looking so damn good , it's even better! And there is no greater feeling when driving a car and someone passing you on a highway or the street , breaking their necks trying to look at the car , it puts me in such a positive mood
