my NF is also not tuned. In my documents is also 199 Km/h mentioned.

My device show over 220 km/h, but I believe that this is not true. I think it's related to my weels 205/50 15".

Well, they are not really talking about you, don´t be afraid.

They are just kidding, because Mathias answered Bernd in English, but Bernd ist also a native German like Mathias, but they are from different regions in Germany, so they called each other "foreigner".

we are not an officialy registred, and we are not a club...we are a bunch of guys who love audiS.. as you know there are a lot of russians in Latvia and so are in Lithuania.., funny but in official Latvian audi club are mostly russians
