Klimatronik Stellmotoren Rückmeldepoti

Hallo zusammen,

beim C4 meiner Freundin setzten die Stellmotoren der Klimatronik sporadisch aus.
In diesem Fall liegt es aber nicht an den kleinen Bosch Motoren, sondern an den Rückmeldepotis.

Kann mir jemmand eine Bezugsquelle für die Potis nenen?

When the pot goes open circuit, the op amp/comparator used to monitor this pot voltage "thinks" the lever arm is in the correct position and does not try to run the motor to move the servo arm (cable adjusting air flow).

According to my GM contact, GM had a service bulletin that recommended soldering a 680K ohm resistor across two legs (connections) on this position sensing potentiometer. This 680K resistor will ensure there is a voltage difference at the input to the op amp/comparator if this pot goes open circuit which will get the motor turning until the pot wiper contact is reestablished.

Here is a diagram showing where the resistor should be soldered on.

Hi Sigare,

to use a resistor instead of the poti is only a backup solution for me.
But nevertheless, thanks for the information.
My aim is allways to repair non working parts in same or better quality as it was in initial situation.
If no one know a plug and play part i have to check the mounted poti for dimensions, angle and electrical specification.
